Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for any Class, Field Trip, Workshop or Safari. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable. If cancellation for a Class, Field Trip, Workshop or Safari is received by deadline stated in the Terms & Conditions, balances can be credited to a future Class, Field Trip, Workshop or Safari.
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Prices subject to change without notice until Gift Certificate is redeemed. Customer must contact us to register. Once customer has registered they are guaranteed the price at the time of registration.
To register, contact us to check availability. Then send the original Gift Certificate with completed Registration Form and signed Release Form (required for Field Trip, Workshop, or Safari). When we receive the Gift Certificate and applicable forms you will be officially registered and emailed or faxed a confirmation of your registration.

Classes & Field Trips
Registration:
Registration & Release Form (release form with Field Trip only) with full payment must be received at least 2 weeks in advance.
A confirmation of your registration will be sent via e-mail or fax upon receipt of your complete registration.
Cancellation/Refund:
Cancellations received at least 7 days in advance may request a refund or credit to another Class or Field Trip. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance but at least 24 hours prior to the Class or Field Trip will be issued a credit to reschedule with a $10 rescheduling fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior and no shows will not be issued a refund or credit.
Weekend Workshops
Registration:
Registration & Release Form with full payment must be received at least 2 weeks in advance of workshop. Lodging and meals are not included and are the responsibility of the student.
A confirmation of your registration will be sent via e-mail or fax upon receipt of your complete registration.
Cancellation/Refund:
Cancellations received at least 10 days in advance of the workshop may request a refund minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance of the workshop may request a refund minus a $50 processing fee.

If cancellation is made after the cancellation deadline but at least 3 days prior to departure, 50% of total trip cost can be credited to a future Safari.
No partial refunds are made for unused portions or services of a trip for any reason. Trips are sold as a package only.

We reserve the right to cancel any class, day trip, weekend workshop or safari due to low enrollment or any other reason of concern. If we have received and confirmed your complete registration we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or credit. Refunds are awarded for services purchased and credits are awarded for gift certificates. We reserve the right to make exceptions to these terms and conditions where we deem necessary. Customers are bound to the terms and conditions that were agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase.
