Imagine photographing real ghost towns in the middle of the desert in the cold dark of night. AMAZING! We'll follow the Oregon Trail out the Gorge with it's beautiful waterfalls and back the Barlow Road with it's historic structures. This is guaranteed to be a one of a kind learning experience for all travelers.
The Safari starts and concludes at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Oregon City where long term parking is free for our tours. We'll head out on a five day all inclusive adventure of a lifetime! Follow the Oregon Trail out the glorious Colombia River Gorge photographing some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world. We'll pass from forest to desert as we head into the heart of high desert ghost town territory. Then prepare yourself for the truly surreal experience of photographing these spooky, possibly haunted structures in the dark of night to bring home images that will amaze everyone!
We have the special privilege to have been given permission to photograph the ghostly structures in and around Shaniko in the dead of night. We'll also visit the amazing historic Imperial Stock Ranch, a 30,000 acre working cattle and sheep ranch since the 1800s. Imperial Stock Ranch
